Our olives are carefully-handpicked. 70% to 80% of the costs are incurred in the maintenance of the trees and at harvest. Handpicking requires intensive effort.

Our Grand Cru Olive Oils are characterized by their prudent cultivation. The wise renunciation and manual picking methods means a higher cost than the conventional breeding of olive oil that can be offered for less. However, the consumer can feel the difference on their tongue! We simultaneously press the early harvest, green olives with the lemon fruit to reach an extraordinary quality. Other than ordinary favorite olive oils we gain the best of both worlds: Extra virgin olive oil and the antioxidants from fresh lemon using this very special method. This pairs fantastic with 

all types of fish and seafood.

We offer this natural sea salt in glass jars with ceramic grinders than can easily be refilled.
