The old adage that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day is actually not true.
It is actually healthier to skip breakfast and let your body have time to regenerate. After this, you can shift this "late breakfast" or snack steadily further until you feel comfortable with fasting until lunch time.
You might notice a change in your digestion. This is natural as your body has to get used to the daily clean-up break. Try to eat as many apples as you can as they contain pectin, which is a natural substance in apples that support digestion.
Does this mean I can't have my coffee in the morning?
You can still have your coffee or tea in the morning; however, try to drink it without milk or sugar. Oat milk is a good replacement instead.
